It's supposed to be a vending machine.
In the original post (the photo where I made the pixelart) that was uploaded by Nura, someone made a joke about a square shape right there (just a shadow of somewhat saquare), alluding to the fact that "the vending machines followed Nura in the backrooms".

love this series of posts. I see these and think 'photo' -foolishly- then zoom in and see all the fantastic choices you've made to retain 3d shape and design form. simply amazing, a testament to how well pixel art can trick the mind. sick stuff.
