It's supposed to be a vending machine.
In the original post (the photo where I made the pixelart) that was uploaded by Nura, someone made a joke about a square shape right there (just a shadow of somewhat saquare), alluding to the fact that "the vending machines followed Nura in the backrooms".
Nightmare I adore the color palette. IDK what the nightmare is though - I want a library like that!
